The International Cookbook Fair was held in Paris’ 19th arrondissement this past weekend.
Celebrity chefs, cookbook authors, and gourmands. Wondering the exhibits. Participating in wine education courses. And watching cooking demonstrations.
Most of the Le Cordon Bleu students assisted chefs during their presentations. LCB’s very own Chef Caals and Chef Clergue gave their own French Cuisine presentations.
